So who looks great in the autumn colours and why? Attention ‘Exotic’s & Spicy’s!
Think Eva Longoria & Jessica Mauboy to name a couple of Exotics.
Both have a warm undertone which indicates they have higher levels of carotene, and this is the yellow/orange pigment found in the skin.
Eye Colour: They almost always have a warm green, hazel, brown or olive eye colour, and sometimes flecks of mustard or orange around the iris.
Hair Colours: Often golden blonde, auburn, light golden brown, medium brown, or dark golden brown.
For those with Autumn colouring, certain colour schemes can enhance their natural features:
1. Monochromatic Colour Scheme:
This approach involves wearing varying shades of a single colour, creating a cohesive and elongating effect. For example, combining different tones of brown can be particularly flattering for individuals with brown hair and eyes, as it mirrors their natural colouring and provides a harmonious appearance.
2. Analogous Colour Scheme:
This scheme uses colours that are adjacent on the colour wheel, such as orange and yellow or green and blue. For brunettes with green, olive, or hazel eyes, pairing shades like brown and green can enhance their natural features, as these colours are next to each other on the colour wheel and create a pleasing visual harmony.
