What are women saying about their favorite shoes and the hottest trend for spring/summer? I asked a bunch of my clients and this is what they told me!

My favourite shoes – Diana Ferrari Super Soft black flats for work and the Birkenstock Gizeh for play. For me it’s all about versatility, practicality and comfort, and reflecting my preference for classic, casual styles. I’d definitely be open to trying a mule style shoe if they keep my feet and back happy and healthy…I’d probably try the top left black pair.

‘’My favorite boots are my black leather mid ankle Midas boots.

They’re simple with a gold zip at the back. Every time I wear them I get complimented. They’re super comfy and take me from casual jeans to dressing up at night. I like the look of the mule shoe – I prefer a shoe with a strap or back on it, I’d probably go for the black pair, although they all look gorgeous.’’

“When winter comes, my instinct is to grab my favourite ankle boots first. I’m a big fan of the buckles, I like striding down the city streets in them as they jangle when I walk. I love how the buckles accessorise my boots and makes them special, so if I were to choose mules for this spring, it would definitely be the white pair, perfect for my casual wear but classy. And of course, a buckle, to make them perfect.”

Shoes – particularly the heeled variety – are my weakness. One of my wardrobe favourites is a classic court with a softly pointed toe and walkable 2-inch heel. The striking floral print is what makes them special – feminine, bright and warm. I was born on the first day of spring and these shoes are a celebration of everything I love about this time of year. Great with jeans or a dress and in my perfect colours, they make me feel like I can conquer the world.

Getting a pair of new season mules is on my radar but I’m particular. I’m keeping my eye out for a suede pair in tangerine with clean lines and

feminine detail.

My ‘current’ favourite shoes are a neutral pair of mid-heel Naturalizer’s. They make me feel as classy, natural, sophisticated, or relaxed as my mood or my outfit dictates. Not only do they show off my feet to perfection but they’re comfortable too. Especially since I typically choose form over substance… or height over ease.

I won’t be wearing the mule shoes this spring/summer as I’m a heels girl …and don’t much like the flat look on my feet!

My favourite shoe that goes with everything is my black suede peep toe bootie. When I wear them with a ponti pant they elongate my legs and look fabulous. The laser cut design adds a ‘pop’ of interest that draws the eye to the shoe – attracting lots of compliments. I love the mule shoe, they look great with jeans, but I prefer to get some height with heels.
